Niamh and Ciaran got married at the end of summer in St.Peter’s church in Lurgan. I met up with Niamh on the morning of her wedding at her Mum’s house and met her sisters and bridesmaids all getting ready. Hair and makeup was underway so I got started and got some great shots around the house. It wasn’t long before the wedding cars arrived at the house and after a few photos I was off to the church to find Ciaran and the groomsmen. St.Peter’s interior was a very grand setting for their ceremony and made for great backdrop.
After the ceremony we all took the drive down to Bellingham Castle in Castlebellingham, just south of Dundalk. I’d never been to Bellingham Castle before but it was a brilliant location for the reception and dinner. Big open spaces, water features, bridges, ornate rooms, Irish wolfhounds and more, it was definitely an interesting venue to photograph a wedding in. Have a look below at some photos from their wedding.
